LoveLocal Card
These are the terms and conditions (“Terms”) you are agreeing to when you join (become a paid member of) the LoveLocal Card. By purchasing your LoveLocal Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms before making your purchase.
“We”, “Our” and “Us” means My Town Digital Limited t/a My Wimbledon.
“The Card” and “Card” refers to the LoveLocal Card, in both its printed and digital forms.
“Membership” refers to membership of the LoveLocal Card.
“Participating Businesses” refers to businesses offering discounts through the LoveLocal Card.
About Discounts
The Card may only be used at Participating Businesses as detailed on this website.
Although every effort is made to ensure businesses offer discounts for a period of time, Participating Businesses may change, and we’ll endeavour to keep the offers list healthy and up to date.
Only one LoveLocal Card may be used per transaction, though this may be to purchase one or multiple items as detailed on each offer listing.
Unless otherwise stated on individual offer listings, or unless the Participating Business operates solely online, discounts are not valid online. They are only valid in person at Participating Businesses.
The LoveLocal Card must be presented at the point of sale or before placing your order in order to receive the discount.
Participating Businesses may choose not to accept the LoveLocal Card in conjunction with any other offers or vouchers.
The LoveLocal Card may not be used to purchase vouchers, gift cards or stamps at any Participating Business.
Whether discounts apply on bank holidays is at the discretion of each Participating Business and will be detailed on each offer listing.
Unless otherwise stated, discounts offered through the LoveLocal Card may not be used in conjunction with any other offers, including sales or multi-buy offers.
To the best of our ability we choose quality and reputable Participating Businesses; however, we are not liable for any shortcomings in your customer experience.
Your Membership and Card
Annual LoveLocal Card membership must be purchased via the mywimbledon.london website only.
After purchasing your membership, you will receive a digital Card by email, and your printed Card will be sent by post to the address provided.
As an ongoing subscription service, your membership of the LoveLocal Card is automatically renewed at the end of your initial 12-month term and at the end of each subsequent term until cancelled.

My Town Digital Limited will occasionally issue all valid LoveLocal Card members a new Card with a different design. These will be sent to all valid members by post.
The Card in whatever form is not transferable (it may not be shared with friends or family), cannot be copied and can only be used by the Card owner.
We are not liable for any loss arising from the member failing to keep the Card safe.
If your Card is lost or stolen, please notify us at lovelocal@mywimbledon.london; a replacement fee will apply.
